THE PATH I HAVE WALKED

I was born on January 31, 1977, in Ondo State, Nigeria. Growing up in a vibrant and diverse community, I was exposed to various cultures and ways of life. My parents instilled in me the importance of education, hard work, and resilience.

Early Years

My early years were marked by curiosity and a thirst for knowledge. I attended St Peters Clever Primary School in Ilara Mokin, Apostolic High School in Ilara-Mokin, and later, Comprehensive High School in Ikere Ekiti. I excelled academically and developed a passion for learning. My teachers and mentors played a significant role in shaping my interests and career aspirations.

Education and Career

I pursued higher education at Lagos State University, Ojo, where I earned a BSc in Public Administration from 2011 to 2016. I have since completed my Master’s in Public Administration (MPA) with flying colors. My academic journey has been a blend of challenges and triumphs, preparing me for a fulfilling career.

Throughout my professional life, I have been driven by a desire to make a positive impact. I have worked in various capacities, including Operations manager at Aiteo exploration and production from 2012 to the present, Depot supervisor Operations at MRS Oil & Gas Company Ltd from 2005 to 2012, and Credit Control Officer at MRS Oil & Gas Company Ltd from 2002 to 2005. These experiences have taught me valuable lessons about leadership, teamwork, and adaptability.

Entrepreneurship and Philanthropy

In addition to my corporate career, I have ventured into entrepreneurship with my businesses, Faetoiag Nigeria Ltd, established in 2014, and Faetoig (PTY) in Pretoria, South Africa, which I have managed since 2018.

I am also deeply committed to humanitarian efforts through the Aderosoye Fadola Foundation, which I founded in 2014 (officially registered) but began charity works as early as April 2010. The foundation focuses on education, community development, and the empowerment of widows.

Personal Life

Outside of my professional pursuits, I am a devoted family member. I have a deep interest in Nigerian politics and engage in grassroots political activities. I contested for the primaries of the House of Assembly for the Ifedore State constituency in 2023 and continue to contribute to various political campaigns.

In my personal time, I enjoy traveling, reading, and staying informed about the latest trends in politics.
